Other promising cOMPANIES we are working on
The 5M3TECH project developed a low-temperature catalytic cracking technology to process heavy products such as fuel oil and vacuum gas oil, using methane as a hydrogen donor. The heated feedstock is mixed with methane and fed into a catalyst reactor to be converted into the target products. After the reaction, the mixture is separated into petrol and diesel fractions, and the reaction gas and unconverted feedstock are recycled. The technology provides high refining depth - more than 80% of heavy feedstock is converted into light oil products. The process is less energy-consuming than conventional methods. The developed catalyst allows cracking at low temperatures, which makes the technology relevant for refineries without secondary processes, contributing to the replacement of vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking and delayed coking units
Innovative Heavy Fuel Oil conversion into diesel fuel technology of increasing the oil refining
The NanoPro unit utilizes the Plasma-in-Liquid (PLT), a revolutionary technology that is incredibly energy-efficient. By pyrolyzing working liquid in a plasma reactor, it produces an extremely resilient dispersion of carbon nanoparticles in hydrocarbons. The distinct structure of the NanoPro material dictates its optical, electrical, chemical, and physical properties. The produced carbon nanomaterial can be transferred from one preferred medium to another, avoiding dry form and associated issues with the costly and time-consuming process of homogenizing nanoparticles. Sensing, bioimaging, photocatalysis, optoelectronics, photovoltaics, and as additives to enhance lubricating and thermal qualities are all possible applications for the NanoPro material
